My friend Kari Christensen and her family own a house on Lake Tanwax in Washington. We were lucky to be invited to stay with them over the Labor Day weekend. It is such a beautiful spot. We were worried the weather would be too cold to spend any time in the water but we lucked out with some beautiful sunny days! I love hanging out with the Christensen family, lots of good food and conversation and laughter.
They have so many fun water toys to play with, plus a high dive to jump into the water right off their dock.
Aaron spent a long time teaching Julian how to fish, Julian loved it!
Julian caught 5 fish, almost in a row. We wondered if it was the same dumb fish taking the bait every time:) He was extremely proud of himself!

Julian loved playing with these kids! My twins kept to themselves for the most part. I think they had fun but they didn't mix and mingle like Julian did.
