January Fun

I took my three boys to OMSI for a super cool exhibition.  This artist takes animals and creates designs using them once they have died.  It was kind of creepy but also really amazing!

Hyrum and I went into Portland to see Fiddler on the Roof.  Such a great musical and the performers were amazing

Peter the cat gets more love than any other person in our whole house!

The twins friend, Aiden, came for a visit from Australia.  I took them all to the indoor go cart race track.

We took the boys and Aiden to Sky High for a fun evening

Townsend and Aiden racing up the climbing wall

On a sunny Sunday afternoon walk we ran into this cute little guy down at the wetlands

These two guys turned 16 years old!  Townsend wanted chocolate cake and Emerson wanted strawberry short cake so of course we had to have 2 different cakes:)  They successfully completed drivers ed so they just need to go to the DMV for one final written test and they will be licensed drivers...crazy!

Julian and I took a quick 4 day trip down to my happy place (Las Vegas to visit Paige and her cute kids)  I spent a lot of time reading with these two cuties!

Remy and Julian at the playground.  It was nice to get out of the Portland rain and into some sunny Vegas weather for a few days!

I love hanging out with my sister and nephews!!

We left the babies with Daddy for an evening and had some fun on the Vegas strip...

Julian being silly at the Hershey store

Remy giving mommy a kiss in front of a giant Hershey kiss:)

Julian's favorite spot on the Vegas strip...the M&M store!!!

Love me some Diet Coke!

It's always so much fun to see these cute boys, even for a quick visit, but it's always so super hard to say goodbye!

The same weekend I went to Vegas with Julian Hyrum took the twins and a friend to Mt. Hood for a skiing weekend.  They had a great time and wonderful weather...fun was had by everyone!

The twins and their friend Eli having dinner on Mt. Hood at the Ratskeller

Emerson and Daddy on the slopes

The 3 boys ready to hit the slopes

After a day skiing they spent the next morning snow shoeing...look at all that snow!

My life has become a bit more crazy since I have agreed to watch my friend Ruth's baby while she is at work.  He is just 3 1/2 months old and is super duper cute.  I had forgotten how much having a baby changes your life schedule but I'm learning to adjust and figure it out as we go.  My friend is a school teacher so I have this guy until the middle of June from 7AM to 3PM every weekday...wish me luck!
