July: Sauvie Island and Stake YW Camp

 

I took Julian and his friends to Sauvie Island for some fun floating in the Columbia River. (Caitlyn and Ian)  Although Julian says he "hates the beach" he had a great time playing in the river with his friends!

Peter was hot and found the perfect little spot to rest:)

The boys said goodbye to their great friend Landon Child who is leaving to serve a 2 year mission!

Julian and I walked around downtown Hillsboro for the chalk art festival:)

Once again I was in charge of the 4th year overnighter for our Stake YW camp.  I love girls camp and I love the chance to get to know these 4th year girls and see them grow their friendships during the week of camp.

Our color for "Ward Day" this year was gold so we made these cool Wonder Woman crowns with CTR shields!

All the 4th year "cabin moms" playing games and laughing all night.  We had such a great group of women for the 4th year girls this year!
