Happy Thanksgiving

Last year for Thanksgiving Hyrum and I decided to rent a condo up near Mt. Hood for the weekend.  We had such a great time we decided to head back again this year.  I think it may become a tradition as it is so relaxing and the boys just love the outdoor pool and hot tub.  Emerson told us Thanksgiving is his favorite holiday because he just loves going to Collins Lake Resort.

Our wonderful Thanksgiving feast courtesy of Hyrum and his cooking skills.  We made just the right amount of food for our little family with a little turkey breast and some potatoes and veggies.  The boys liked drinking the sparkling Martinelli's out of the fancy cups.

Friday morning we headed up to Ski Bowl for some fun tubing.  It's nice here because instead of dragging the tube back up the hill after a run you get hauled up the hill on a moving sidewalk.  The boys really had fun and even Julian went by himself a few times.  The only down side was the cost and also the sledding hill wasn't very big so after waiting in line for your turn to go down you had a pretty quick trip.

Julian kept trying to make snow angels but the snow wasn't very deep and it was really fine powder...not the best for snow angels.

On Saturday morning I packed up the condo while Hyrum took the boys swimming again.  They had so much fun it was hard to say goodbye!
